Our Return Policy

We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of delivery for most items in their original condition with tags attached. Please note:

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and free of any alterations
  • Original packaging and tags must be included
  • Proof of purchase is required

Non-Returnable Items

To maintain the integrity of our collections, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Swimwear (for hygiene reasons, unless defective)
  • Final sale items marked as “non-returnable”
  • Items without original tags or showing signs of wear

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

Follow these steps for our seamless return process:

  1. Submit your request within 15 days of delivery using our return form template below
  2. Wait for approval – you’ll receive a return authorization email within 2 business days
  3. Package your item securely in the original packaging
  4. Ship your return using the prepaid label included in your authorization email

Return Shipping Options

Refund Information

Once we receive your return:

Exchange Process

For exchanges:

  1. Follow the standard return process
  2. Indicate your desired exchange item in the return form
  3. We’ll ship your new item once the return is received
  4. Price differences will be charged/refunded accordingly

Exchanges typically take 10-15 business days to complete (including return processing).

International Returns

For customers outside the United States (excluding Asia and select remote areas):

  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility
  • Customs fees are non-refundable
  • Please mark the package as “Returned Goods” to avoid additional charges
